How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online through our website or at authorized retail locations throughout British Columbia. Online purchases require a valid email address and payment method.

Who can participate?

You must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of British Columbia to purchase tickets and claim prizes. Valid identification will be required to claim any prize.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets are $20 each. There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase, and buying more tickets increases your chances of winning.

When is the draw?

The draw will take place on December 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST. Winners will be contacted within 24 hours and announced on our website and social media.

How will I know if I win?

Winners will be contacted directly via email and phone using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. Winners will also be announced on our website and social media channels.

What are my odds of winning?

With 10,000 total tickets available and 4 prizes to be won, your odds depend on the number of tickets sold and how many tickets you purchase. Each ticket has an equal chance of winning.

Can I win more than one prize?

No. Once a ticket is drawn for a prize, that ticket holder is removed from subsequent draws. This ensures four different winners.

How do I claim my prize?

Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted. You will need to provide valid identification and proof of ticket purchase. Prize delivery or pickup arrangements will be coordinated based on the specific prize won.

Can I transfer or sell my ticket?

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. The person whose name appears on the ticket purchase is the only person eligible to claim the prize.

Are prizes transferable?

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash except at the sole discretion of the Quad Riders ATV Association.

Do I have to pay taxes on my prize?

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes. The Quad Riders ATV Association will provide necessary tax documentation as required by Canadian law.

What if I can't be reached after winning?

Winners must respond within 7 days of initial contact. If we cannot reach a winner within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Is this raffle legitimate?

Yes! Quad Raffle 2025 is licensed by the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch of British Columbia (Licence #164166) and operated by the registered non-profit Quad Riders ATV Association.

Where does the money go?

Proceeds support trail maintenance, new trail development, safety education programs, and community initiatives managed by the Quad Riders ATV Association. Detailed financial reports are available on our website.

Can I purchase tickets as a gift?

Yes! When purchasing, you can designate the ticket holder's name and contact information. The designated person must be 19+ and a BC resident to claim any prize.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer for online purchases. Retail locations may accept additional payment methods including cash.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket numbers and a receipt for your purchase. Please keep this for your records.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law or at the sole discretion of the Quad Riders ATV Association.
