Draw Process
The Quad Raffle 2025 draw will be conducted fairly and transparently:
- All tickets sold will be entered into a random draw system
- Four winners will be selected sequentially for each prize
- The draw will be supervised by an independent third party
- Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw
- If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected
Claiming Your Prize
If you're selected as a winner:
- You will be contacted via email and phone using the information provided at purchase
- You must respond within 7 days to claim your prize
- Valid identification and proof of ticket purchase will be required
- You may be required to sign a winner's declaration and release form
- Prize delivery or pickup arrangements will be coordinated with you
